Frequently asked
Do I need to help lift my big TV?
For 61 inches and larger, a second set of hands is required for the lift onto the bracket. If someone is home to help, there is no extra charge. If not, we bring a second installer for $60 so the TV is never lifted alone.
When will you arrive?
You pick a two-hour arrival window when you book. We text when we are on the way, and most installs take 45 to 90 minutes.
Are estimates free?
Yes. The price you build here is your estimate, free and with no obligation. We confirm it before any drilling starts.
Do you offer same-day or after-hours service?
Same-day service is often available — call 336-483-8847 to check today's openings. Installs outside our posted hours are an additional $100.
What is guaranteed?
Every mount is anchored to studs or rated masonry hardware, leveled, and pull-tested. If it ever loosens, we return and correct it at no charge.
What if the price changes?
Only if the job needs extra materials or custom work — and you hear the new price and approve it before we continue.
